About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in driving business success by aligning HR strategies with organizational goals. You will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to specific business units, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership:
- Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and translate them into effective HR strategies.
- Proactively identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities within the assigned business units.
- Partner with leadership to develop and implement talent management strategies, including succession planning, performance management, and career development.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work culture.
- Implement and monitor performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and compensation planning.
- Employee Experience:
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, such as employee recognition programs, wellness programs, and team-building activities.
- Provide guidance and support on employee policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Conduct regular employee surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate HR risks.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize HR analytics to track key metrics, identify trends, and inform strategic decision-making.
- Prepare regular reports on HR performance, workforce planning, and other relevant metrics.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on HR Business Partnering.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with business leaders at all levels.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
