JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Perform complex systems administration tasks on SailPoint, Active Directory, Azure and Identity & other Access Management tools
- Proactively checks and monitors system resource and performance to ensure system reliability and availability
- Diagnose, isolate and debug problems and performs problem resolution.
- Participate in troubleshooting and root cause analysis efforts to help identify the solutions and determine next steps to address the issues
- Implements tuning and patching to keep applications at current levels following a well-defined procedure
- Engage vendor support as needed and follow-through until the issue closure.
- Provide periodic and regular updates to the management and peer groups on the progress
- Create procedures/instructions documents for other team members to follow
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 7+ years of experience working in Information Security (IAM)
- Bachelor’s degree with Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related courses.
- Experience in system administration of SailPoint, Active Directory, Azure and Identity & other Access Management tools
- Knowledge of various ITIL key processes (change, incident, problem, etc.
- Skilled in using MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
- Should have strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and consultative skills.
- Should be available to work in a shifting schedule.
- Must work in a hybrid model in BGC, Taguig.
