Job Description:
The Offshore Digital Legal Team will hold the following key performance tasks based on the following:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting and speaking to a variety of audiences including co-workers and senior level contacts

Job Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience with queue based work, ticket management, or other workflow system.
- Experience with managing sensitive customer data in a work environment a must!
- Hands-on experience with privacy platforms, particularly OneTrust, is a plus
- General understanding of consumer data privacy. More in depth knowledge is a plus.
- Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Experience with collaborative technologies like Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, etc.
